Game Change - Time Out

We are trialing a 1 hour cool down on failed robbery attempts, if you fail to complete an ammo heist you will now not be able to retry for 1 hour.

Its not very hardcore, but we understand that folks have other things to do besides be badasses and shoot people in the face all day.
