Family Hangouts are literally just that, you should find the family hanging around their land, or at the very least be able to spot their Command Post.

If you are looking to join a Family this is a good place to start, simply visit the location and politely ask for an invite.

If you are looking to initiate an Ammo Heist this is where you should find the Family Command Post, if you cannot find or access it please report this immediately to Monkey Canning for investigation.
